The freeze-dried chocolate applies a new WhiteXtar® three-dimensional freeze-drying technology, which sublimates the moisture in the chocolate through temperature control, and the internal texture becomes as light as a cloud, and each one is crunchy and silky. The whole process takes place under a vacuum, and the pure flavor of natural cocoa is firmly locked. Through technology to improve the characteristics of natural cocoa butter that is easy to soften and melt, freeze-dried chocolate does not need to be refrigerated and can be stored at room temperature without melting.
