巧克力粉

可可粉是可可饼块经粉化制成的产品,多为商业拼配可可豆加工制成且风味单一,而巧克力粉是巧克力制品的一种,由巧克力和其他食品按一定比例经特定工艺制成的在常温下保持固体或半固体态的食品,其中巧克力部分≥25%。依旧选用单一产地可可豆/可可液块加工制成,原料经过超精细研磨处理,使产品更易于冲调,口感更加细腻。区别于可可粉单一的苦甜风味,白矮星巧克力粉更能展现具有巧克力特征的风味展现。

Cocoa powder is a product made by pulverizing cocoa cakes. Most of them are commercially blended cocoa beans and have a single flavor. Chocolate powder is a kind of chocolate product. It is made of chocolate and other foods in a certain proportion through a specific process. The finished food that remains solid or semi-solid at room temperature, in which the chocolate part is ≥ 25%. It is still made of cocoa beans/cocoa liquor from a single origin. The raw materials are ultra-finely ground to make the product easier to brew and more delicate in taste. Different from the single bitter-sweet flavor of cocoa powder, White Xtar® chocolate powder can show more chocolate-like flavor.
